Downtown Haddonfield Form-Based Code, Haddonfield, NJ
A classic small town amidst the New Jersey suburbs, Haddonfield is defined by its historic architecture and tree-lined streets. The conventional zoning code that had been in place was resulting in development proposals and new construction that were not the right fit for downtown. After a year-long planning process for downtown, from which emerged the regulating plan, Brown & Keener crafted a form-based code for downtown.
